About Me

Based in a small Kurdish-dominant community next to Jerusalem, known to its denizens as 'Ha Castel' (the 'T' is pronounced), I'm blessed with two (now grown) kids I adore (and would do anything for), and work a day job as a software engineer (recently as a DevOps engineer). Oh, and I do even 'lift'.

I have too many hobbies, items in my book/film wishlists, private software project plans, travel plans, study/skill enhancement plans, and probably more (too many to write...).

This website is part of my attempt to keep track of these, albeit it started as (and is largely still) about photography (with minor video undertones). It is running under a 'Business' plan mostly for the storage space, but perhaps a store or service(s) one day?

In short, too much fun to fit in a lifetime. I hope this is true for you as well.
